05th April 1953 to 06th July 2025

After an extremely short illness Gus passed away at home holding the hand of his sister and wife.

This very popular and charismatic man was much loved by Karen, his wife of 51 years. Theirs was a special love story.

His sisters Linda Matilda & Fiona (dec) always held a special place in his heart.

Gus was a champion athlete, rugby player, golfer, reader, auctioneer & valuer and keen punter. He was a special part of the Ryce, Adams, Butler, McDonald, Astle, Stevens, Pollard & Maso’s families.

A special friend to many.

“The journey doesn’t end here. Death is just another path. One that we all must take.”
